Ectel buys Compwise's Assets

04 May 2008 Israel-based, Nasdaq listed ECtel Ltd., a provider of Integrated Revenue Management solutions, announced last week that it acquired substantially all assets of another Israel-based company Compwise, a provider of business analytic solutions for telecommunication operators, for approximately USD 1.3 million.

The acquisition is expected to be accretive to earnings.
