The printed magazines challenged by the interactive digital media, winning many new users and subscribers. Video clips, audio files, slideshows, image animations, etc.. helps to provide another magazine experience. There is enormous potential for digital magazines, but what is the next step, and when pointing the latest trends going? Exercisable options for full or many tablet magazines ‘just’ a PDF duplicate of the printed magazine?
But yet there are few Danish media that have experimented with tablet magazines. Therefore, we have invited some of the pioneers to come and share their experiences and lessons learned. There will be an opportunity to hear about technical challenges, business models, segmentation and initiatives. We also hope that in itself will contribute to the debate with questions about the public hearing so that we have a lively debate.
