Title: Everything is a service
All things we use & spend time with deliver us a service in a way or another. They help us solve a problem for which we have have a desired outcome. Thus, a mobile app is also a service and it follows the same psychology in our assessments. Service innovation frameworks as well as service design tools & methods are therefore a good starting point for designing mobile apps that work.
