3rd MobileMonday Taipei on August 6th.

Mobile Digital TV in Taiwan is currently at a pinnacle point in its development, drawing attention not only from local Taiwanese players, but from all around the globe. Taiwan is expected to be among the first countries in the world to commercially deploy DVB-H, and will serve as a blueprint for rollout of DVB-H in other geographies. The manner in which mobile TV will be deployed in Taiwan involves many potential challenges, opportunities and cooperation models, hence sharing of knowledge within this ecosystem will ensure maximum quality of service for the end-consumer.

We have chosen Mobile Digital TV as our topic for the third MobileMonday Taipei. This time we will show some demo instead of presentation, we have invited Mobile TV enable handset maker, Gigabyte and Mobile TV content provider, PTS, to demonstrate the latest development of Mobile Digital TV.
