One of Britain’s fastest growing companies for second year running Argogroup stays in the fast lane
Argogroup, the leader in user experience optimization for mobile services, has been ranked as the 10th fastest growing, unquoted, technology company in Britain by the Sunday Times Microsoft Tech Track 100. The Tech Track 100 is a league table which ranks Britain’s one hundred fastest-growing, unquoted, technology companies by revenue growth. The 2005 ranking sees Argogroup rise 43 places from the previous year’s 53rd position thanks to the company’s expanding sales into Continental Europe, the Americas and Asia. Companies considered in the ranking had sales growth ranging from 50 to 600 percent per annum with annual revenues between GBP 3 million and GBP 25 million. The Sunday Times Microsoft Tech Track 100 has ranked Argogroup according to its increase in sales of 211 percent a year from GBP 400,000 in 2002 to GBP 3.9 million in 2004. Argogroup provides software to assist mobile network operators improve the quality of the services that they deliver. As the mobile industry moves from relatively simple voice services to providing a new range of sophisticated multimedia services, user experience becomes an increasingly key element of the mobile network operators’ competitive strategy. With over 60 customers in 30 countries worldwide, Argogroup has become the leader in this emerging field and is looking to offer mobile operators an increasing range of new ways to delight users.
