MobileMonday, the largest networking forum and global series of communities for professionals in mobile industry, launched the first chapter in Indonesia on December 4th, 2007.

The MobileMonday Indonesia launch event was held at J.W. Marriott Hotel and was a huge success with over 450 audience attending the seminar events and exhibitions coming from various segments of Indonesian mobile, telecommunication and related industries.

Distinguish audiences included senior officials from government, major telecommunication operators, internet service providers, industry associations, chamber of commerce and press. The Indonesia launch was also attended by representative from MobileMonday Malaysia, India, Shanghai, Japan and MobileMonday Global.

MobileMonday Indonesia launch event was sponsored by Nokia Siemens Networks, Nokia Mobile Phones and supported by the Indonesian Ministry of Communication and Information Technology, Yahoo!, MetroTV and Synovate.
