Support for Nokia 9300 and Nokia 9500 Communicator Irma does Powerpoint from mobile phones
Irma Bluetooth is an accessory that allows content from a mobile terminal to be presented on any data projector or display with a VGA input. The device allows, for example, PowerPoint presentations or digital photos to be shown without a computer. The presentations are transmitted to Irma Bluetooth with the Presentation Editor application that is a standard feature in all Nokia 9300 and 9500 Communicator smart phones. “Irma Bluetooth further expands the possibilities of Nokia’s smart phones. With the device, owners of the new Nokia 9300 and 9500 Communicator phones will have less need to carry a laptop computer,” said Mr. Juha Junnonen, Senior Product Marketing Manager, Nokia. “By expanding the compatibility of Irma Bluetooth to Nokia’s new smart phones, we are bringing pocket-sized presentation technology to a wider user base. We believe that today’s mobile professionals appreciate compact, easy-to-use tools such as Irma Bluetooth,” said Mr. Riku Ryƶdi, Director, Software Solutions, Flander. The new Irma Bluetooth is directly compatible with Nokia 9300, Nokia 9500 Communicator, Nokia Series 60, Sony Ericsson P800 and Sony Ericsson P900 smart phones. Additionally, the device can be used with all Pocket PC and Palm devices that support the Bluetooth protocol. The CEO of Flander, Mika Heikinheimo, will speak about mobile testing at March MobileMonday meeting in Helsinki.Related News
