Global Summit 2006

MobileMonday Global Summit will be even more international next September when mobile industry leaders and specialists will gather at the three-day event which will take place in Helsinki, Finland and St. Petersburg, Russia.

The September 10-12 summit is expectnig over 1500 participants from over 30 countries.

Participants will gather at the attractive old harbor property, Wanha Satama Fair Center in Helsinki on 10 September to kick-off an executive-level seminar on mobile entertainment, mobile marketing, social media, and business-to-business solutions.

The invited speakers for the executive morning session includes C-level managers from EMI, Nokia, Tesco, Hewlett-Packard, Blyk, KDDI Corporation (Japan), D2 Communications (Japan), Elisa (Finland), Vodafone, VAS China, Wirkle Technologies (India), AIMIA (Australia), MCN (USA), Gartner group and i-FREE (Russia).

The Helsinki event also offers a trade show and a full-day, no-cost seminar targeted to small and medium-sized enterprises. The Summit hosts simultaneous seminars of VAMOS B2B program, Forum Virium Helsinki Launch Pad, and Finnish pioneering @450-community.

The St. Petersburg event begins with a train trip on 11. September and continues with cruise on Neva river, followed by a seminar and networking with Russian companies.

MobileMonday Global Summit Helsinki is organized by Mobile Monday Ltd. and Tieturi Ltd. Event partners include Finland’s Tekes, VTT, Greater Helsinki Promotion, Elisa, and Forum Virium. The event is also supported by global partners Nokia, Nexit Ventures and Hewlett-Packard.
