Sendandsee’s mobile publishing systems Nokia announces media browser
Sendandsee strengthens its position as one of the leading global providers of mobile publishing systems. Its technology is used in mobilizing the content of major media companies that provide content to Nokia’s Kanavat (Channels) browser announced on Monday.

Sendandsee has created the services announced by leading Finnish media companies Helsingin Sanomat, Kauppalehti, MTV3 and YLE (Finland’s national public broadcasting company). Sendandsee has also licensed its Mobiprint product to all involved companies. Other notable Finnish users of Sendandsee’s products are Talentum and Kauppalehti.
Sendandsee has developed its Mobiprint technology since 2003. Sendandsee’s Mobiprint publisher is a mobilization toolkit for digital media content. The mobile services announced today by.
“Mobiprint offers a completely new intuitive mobile user experience. Its usability design really takes into consideration the modern day newspaper user, and finally makes it possible for the general public to adopt mobile content services.” states Anders Stenbäck, Business Development Manager at Helsingin Sanomat (Finland’s largest daily newspaper).
Sendandsee intends to rapidly grow into other markets with the same strategy it has followed in its home market. “Driving a simultaneous launch of multiple services combined with a sophisticated distribution channel is a path to follow,” says CEO Aape Pohjavirta.
