Nokia Siemens negotiates to buy Siemens Communication shares
Chinese communication and information technology company Beijing C & W Technology will enter negotiations with Nokia Siemens Networks BV to sell its 6.6 percent stake in Siemens Communication Networks Ltd., Beijing, according to Beijing C & W's filing with the Shanghai Stock Exchange on December 18.
Beijing C & W hopes to sell the stake for RMB10.2 million or about one million euros to Nokia Siemens Networks BV or a buyer appointed by Nokia Siemens Networks BV, reported JL McGregor & Company Investor update.
