Novo and Celesta mBusiness Ltd will be working in closer co-operation when Novo’s Mapser map service will become a part of Celesta’s mobile field service solution. Celesta’s distributors will sell Mapser, with Novo continuing to operate as an integration partner for Celesta and an agent for its mobile solutions in Finland. In particular, this integrated solution will bring greater efficiency to the servicing and transport sectors, as well as healthcare organizations. Employees on the move will receive information on the next job and clear, map-based directions to its location on their mobile devices, reducing delays and unnecessary driving around, and saving on costs. “We believe that this map service will provide our customers in vertical markets with high added value, with no need for heavy investments in hardware”, said Celesta mBusiness Ltd’s CEO, Sakari Vaara. “Intensifying the partnership between Novo and Celesta will support Novo’s primary aim of internationalization, since Celesta operates in several countries, with tens of thousands of people using its mobile solutions.
