Quickclic become an interactive healthcare interface unit TietoEnator buys MobileMonday Award recipient

TietoEnator, the largest software and IT services house in Finland, has acquired the healthcare business of Quickclic Finland, the Lahti-based developer of interactive customer interfaces for healthcare industry. Quickclic was awarded the MobileMonday Peer Award in 2005.

  • Quickclic business and staff will form a nucleus for a new TietoEnator unit, that will based in Lahti, Finland, - at least for time being, says Hannele Laurila, the CEO of Quickclic. She will be the business manager of the new unit.

All the five working for Quickclic will transfer over to TietoEnator.

Laurila says, that the remaining activities of Quickclic will be outsourced or new staff will be hired to carry out existing contracts.

The Quickclic product will become a part of TietoEnator’s growing healthcare portfolio. They will be offered independently but Laurila believes that they will also be integrated with TietoEnator’s large offering in healthcare field.

The Quickclic products increase the productivity of dental clinics and day surgeries by helping to eliminate no-shows by filling the empty slots from awaiting patient list. They help clinics to communicate with patients with email, web and SMS.
