Analyze company mobile call traffic Willsoft puts together call reports on Symbian handsets

Finnishn software company Willsoft has developed the world’s first operator independent comprehensive reporting and analyzes application for smart phones.

“The need to develop such a application came from markets and especially from our own customers,” says Pekka Kelkka, the Business Development Director of Willsoft.

“Our customers are mainly fortune 100 companies, communities and cities who have used Willsoft’s HandyCall Manager application for enhancing their customer care. Now our customers' customers are calling directly to mobile phones of people in charge of customer care and via switch boards to sales managers. Our customers want also comprehensive reports and analyzes on these calls. For this need Willsoft developed [SymbianCallReport[(http:// www.symbiancallreport.com) application.”.

At this phase application supports Symbian s60 phones but support for other smart phones will be released in the near future.

Willsoft’s background is in switch board applications. Today the company develops also applications for VoIP systems and smart phones.
