Monday, June 13th – 6:30pm to 8:30pm

Pivotal Labs – 841 Broadway, 8th floor (between 13th & 14th Streets)

Fresh from the Apple Worldwide Developers Conference (WWDC), App Orchard, Tipping Point’s latest portfolio company, invites you to an Internet Week panel here in New York to discuss the state of Enterprise iOS. Please join us Monday, June 13th at 6:30pm, for an evening with some of New York’s leading mobile technologists and experts on iOS in the Enterprise, including Vivek Nasta, Global Head of Mobility at Thomson Reuters; Rob Mee, Founder and CEO of Pivotal Labs; Chuck Goldman, Founder and CSO of Apperian; and Scott Penberthy; moderated by Art Chang.

We will explore topics ranging from WWDC’s Enterprise-specific announcements to common best practices and notes from the trenches of mobile iOS development, beginning with the focal question:

Enterprise iOS – what works, what doesn’t work, and why?

We will also explore the following: What are companies’ greatest challenges and barriers to entry?  How are developers integrating iOS to legacy systems?  What are the biggest integration issues?  Security issues?  What’s still missing for more IT adoption?  The panel will conclude with several forward-looking questions:  How can we take our shared goals and beliefs to define best practices and identify missing frameworks that will lead to greater success in this area, and how can the open-source community raise awareness about some of these projects?

Attendance is by RSVP only; please register here as soon as possible, as space will be limited: http://apporchardpanel.eventbrite.com

We are very grateful to Pivotal Labs for hosting this event and look forward to seeing you there!
