Bryan Coapstick (@bcoapstick)  is the Regional Mobility Leader for HP. In this role, he is responsible for driving strategic mobility initiatives, key industry partnerships and relationships to enable clients to leverage the mobile channel to both extend their brands and more effectively reach their customers, constituents, partners, and employees.  Bryan is an active participant in various industry advisory councils to help government and industry exchange information and collaborate on technology issues.

Jennifer Wells is a Senior Manager, Product Development at PBS, working in the PBS KIDS Mobile organization. She manages game development design and process for mobile content associated with PBS broadcast programs. She developed educational games for Antiques Roadshow, SUPER WHY!, Curious George, Mister Rogers, Sid the Science Kid, Martha Speaks and Dinosaur Train among many others.

Frederick M. Joyce focuses on telecommunications law, and is chair of Venable’s Communications Group. His practice includes a special emphasis on wireless communications, Internet-based communications technologies, mobile marketing and emerging communications technologies. Mr. Joyce has extensive experience with electronic privacy law, mobile finance/mobile banking and social media law.

John Beahn advises on a broad range of legal issues arising in commercial, regulatory and transactional matters affecting wireline and wireless service providers, telecommunications equipment manufacturers and information technology providers. He also represents private equity firms, investment firms and commercial banks in communications and technology matters.

Jules Polonetsky (@JulesPolonetsky) serves as Director and Co-chair of the Future of Privacy Forum, a Washington, D.C.-based think tank that seeks to advance responsible data practices. FPF’s current projects to advance transparency and control in a business-practical manner focus on online data use, smart grid, mobile data, apps and social media.

Michael Signorelli is an Associate in the firm’s Government and Regulatory Affairs Practice Group, where he advises and represents clients on privacy and Internet-related issues. Mr. Signorelli counsels clients on advertising, marketing, and data security related matters and represents clients in federal marketing-related legislation and rulemaking proceedings and other matters before the Federal Trade Commission, Federal Communications Commission, and the U.S. Department of Commerce.
