Firstly Happy New year to all of you, we wish everyone a prosperous and successful 2011!
We have awesome events planned for Mobile Monday Joburg this year and to kick off the year our first event of 2011 is detailed below:
Theme: Mobile in Retail
Date: 7th February at 18:00 (change time to 5.30 for 6)
Venue: The Baron on Main in Bryanston
Here is a taste of the lineup and speakers:
Candy Goodman – Candy just won an MMA global award at the recent MMA annual awards ceremony; she will be telling us more about mobile marketing in retail
Baron Marshall – apparently Baron is not an actual Baron but he does work with many consumer/retail brands and he will share his insights into strategy and planning for mobile in retail
We have other exciting speakers lined up, as well as another industry expert to present the Gadget Spot and an exciting startup company for our Spotlight on a Mobile Startup! We will be announcing these closer to the 7th February, so watch this space!
