MoMo JoBurg visits AppsWorld in Cape Town

Yes we have been a bit quiet lately on the site but we have had good reason for this, you will notice that there is a new logo on our site, this is the proposed new logo for the MOMO Cape Town chapter, we have been down in Cape Town drumming up some support for the re-launch of MOMO Cape Town, watch this space for more information!
As mentioned we have been down in Cape Town attending the AppsWorld conference to drum up some support and interest in MOMO Cape Town and generally advocate mobile and the power of the MOMO community, it was great fun and I think that we managed to bring our own special flavour to the conference, we had a bit of a pose ( more like gang ) hanging around our stand and we injected some life into the official networking party at The Waterfront on Wednesday night; Thursday was our day to chair the AppsWorld presentations and between all of us I think we did a great/professional job and managed to keep everyone under control and tidy!
On Thursday night we organised an impromptu/unofficial afterparty again at The Waterfront. Chris ( Mobilitrix ) and Brett St Clair generously sponsored some drinks and snacks and a great little unofficial “MOMO on a Thursday” networking session kicked off!
Thanks again to all who helped us, complimented us, supported us etc. while we were down in Cape Town!
You will have noticed a couple of changes on the site, I hope you all like them!
