MoMo Belfast – Sept. 23rd – Mobile Education
Posted on: September 10, 2013 – Filed under: Belfast
This month is back-to-school time, so how fitting to consider the market for mobile learning products and services, where in the US it reached $958.7 million in 2010, estimated to reach $1.82 billion by 2015! Call that an opportunity! According to Ambient, the US is the top consumer of mobile learning, followed by Japan, South Korea, the UK, and Taiwan, representing 70% of the total 2010 global mobile learning market.
If we say ‘mobile education’ you probably think Apple, Google, Pearson, Sony, maybe Blackboard. But right here in NI, we too have strong players in this massive market that is now blossoming. Will you play a part in it in 2014?
We’ve gathered a panel of speakers from three innovative local companies that do amazing stuff in the sector, namely AURION, MINDMILL and EXAMTIME. Please Register via Eventbrite
Meet them at our new venue – The Hub – which is the HQ of Propel, the INI programme that incubates the digital start-ups of tomorrow. You’ll feel the energy in the place and go away with the head buzzing with ideas for making your mark in the mobile education/learning space.
Smile, it’s Monday!
