The call for speakers for 17/1 #momobxl has been launched with working title ‘Legal crash course 101 for mobile developers’. The aim of this evening is to go through the bare essentials of copyrights, ownership rights, other legal elements to watch out for.

 

We have already confirmation from renowned ICT lawyer Erik Valgaeren (cabinet stibbe) with working title “legal do’s and don’ts in setting up mobile marketplaces- who owns my app?”

 

Another presentation from Nokia QT along this theme will be catered along these lines.
