Paul Jacobs, Vice President/General Manager of jacAPPS, will discuss a groundbreaking research project conducted by their parent company, Jacobs Media. Jacobs implemented their ethnographic research methodology to identify where mobile is moving as a platform. They conducted extensive interviews with 18 smartphone owners across the United States.
