– 18h00 – MoMoPT introduction by Vitor Domingos

– 18h15 – Vodafone App Contest by Rui Carmo

IST graduate, telecommunications professional since 1994 (Vodafone staffer from 1999 onwards), deeply involved in the roll out of fixed and mobile data services (corporate services, network planning for 3G mobile broadband and DSL consumer products) in Portugal. Currently user Community Manager and Product Manager for vertical handsets, smartphone applications at Vodafone Internet Services (part of VF Group).

– 18h30 – The music industry and the free model by Sérgio Gonçalves

With a strong experience in New Media (web and Mobile) and a Music Industry insider, believes in a bright future for the digital revolution and believes there is a place for him on the process. Broad interest in music and business, with a strong curriculum as a local content manager for mobile companies. Compulsive music collector. Serial entrepreneur since leaving the multinational experiences (PriceWaterhouseCoopers, Vodafone and EMI). In Central Musical, Sergio deals with Content and Sales activities. He has been deeply involved in launching Central Musical internationally.

– 19h15 – Wizi, instant location sharing by Paulo Dimas

Paulo Dimas started Wizi to offer mobile phone users the future of location awareness. In the last 15 years, Paulo has been involved in creating and leading teams of designers and engineers developing award-winning projects for major companies in the Media and Telecom industries. Some of his pioneering projects include the initial Telecel (Vodafone Portugal) website where the first Web to SMS gateway become available in Portugal and the EXPO ’98 network of multimedia kiosks.  His previous company, BNG, is responsible for major Portuguese media sites like newspapers DN, JN, Sol and radio TSF.
