MobileMonday Celebrates 10 Years Of Networking

MobileMonday, a simple concept that has eventually turned into a large networking platform for all things mobile, celebrates its 10 year birthday this week in Helsinki and Tallinn. According to MobileMonday Estonia, close to 500 people attended the three day summit. There are now 108 chapters around the world helping people network around mobile issues.
The 108 chapters cover 37 countries and all continents of the world – figures and references that anyone could call a phenomenon. Mobile phone use is a lot greater than internet use and in many cases it has been referred to as the greatest innovation globally. Local companies from the region such as Nokia, Skype and the makers of Angry Birds, Rovio, were showcased along some dozen startups. Via: Arctic Startup
