Job Description
Senior Developer (BE CS) with at least 4-5 years in mobile application development for enterprise clients. Self starter, hands-on with an ability to mentor a team. Should have some experience on UI design and architecture.
Must have solid Blackberry development and porting experience with an ability to estimate effort and delegate to team. Must have exposure to different mobile platforms

Skills:
C/C++/C#, Java/J2ME, Objective C
Familiarity with Javascript, CSS, XML
Platfrom exposure to BREW, iPhone, J2ME, Android, Windows Mobile
Performance tuning and code optimization
Security aspects
Mobile dev Tools

Roles & Responsibilites:
Must have hands-on code experience and have led a team of 4 to 5 developers in the past
Ability to lead and mentor team of blackberry developers to begin with
Ability to design solutions and come up with innovative solutions
Ability to delegate and review code submitted
UI design
