Vodafone Portugal launches a widget contest

It’s called “Concurso Apps Vodafone” and aims for
innovation and creation of small web apps (widget’s) in Portugal for the Vodafone app store (soon to launch).
The best 5 widgets will get prizes; €20.000 for the best, $5.000 for second place and €2.500 for the last three. The selected widgets could be monetized on the app store and the first price will be promoted by Vodafone.
Deadline is 14 July and Vodafone is going to publish all details, tools and rules on their portuguese website: www.vodafone.pt
