MoMo Seattle – Dec. 3rd – The Next Silicon Valley?

Join Mobile Monday Seattle on Dec. 3 for networking, cocktails and a great panel discussion: Is the Seattle/Bellevue region becoming a mobile mecca and the next Silicon Valley?

With demand for developers outstripping supply, the University of Washington has become an engineering pipeline for tech companies. Major mobile companies are branching out here – Google, Facebook, HTC, Hulu, EA, Zynga. Add that to the existing stalwarts of the area – Microsoft, Amazon, ATT, T-Mobile – and a vast startup and app economy. Does that make us the sister of the Silicon Valley? Come hear specials guests talk about the rise of mobile in the region. What comes with it and whether or not we want the title of the Next Silicon Valley.

WHEN: Monday – December 3, 2012
TIME: 6-8 p.m. (Panel from 6:30 to 7:00) Networking, cocktails and appetizers start at 6
WHERE: Bellevue Mirror Lounge (505 Bellevue Square, next door to MunchBar)
