First MobileMonday – a huge success!

On Monday (26.05) the first edition of MobileMonday Poland took place. Thus the Polish Chapter of MobileMonday became a part of global network of over 70 chapters worldwide. The event was a blast – over 200 guest from Polish and international mobile industry showed up at the door of Melodia club, causing a queue on the Nowy Swiat street! Learning is moving more and more out of the classrooms. Learning takes place at work locations, at home, out on the field. The new methods of learning are necessary with the fast pace of change of working methods and new technologies. It makes no sense to pull in people from their jobs to classrooms when the needed skills are best learned in practice on the job sites.

Increasingly mobile world needs mobile tools also for learning. Helsinki MobileMonday will look at the state of mLearning and learning tools available today.
