Shanghai police in Changning District is tackling mobile phone scams by offering rewards of 200 yuan (EUR 20.00) to bank clerks and security guards who prevent remittances being sent. The total value of the global mobile marketing and advertising market will grow from one billion euro in 2008 at a compound annual growth rate (CAGR) of 43 percent to EUR 8.7 billion in 2014.
