This month we invite you to hear from Daniel Kiley, Solicitor at Kelly and Co Lawyers. Daniel will be providing an opportunity to discuss legal issues for software developers. Be ready to get some general advice on what to look out for when setting up your business, protecting your IP and your brand, and working with others.

Daniel is a solicitor at Kelly & Co. Lawyers and the director of Hessian Apps. Under the Hessian Apps banner, Daniel has produced iOS apps for a number of legal organisations, including the Legal Services Commission, the Australasian Legal Information Institute, and the Law Society of South Australia. This provides Daniel with a real insight into issues for software developers and an ability to “talk our language”.
