Celebrating 2 New Chapter Launches & 5th Anniversary of MoMo Germany

Ok Folks, it’s that time again and we’ve skimmed the buzz from across our global community for the Mobile Monday action on-tap for this week. A couple of special shout-outs off the top here as we have not one but Two new chapter locations set for debut this evening; Welcome Aboard to all in Tampere, Finland and Timisoara, Romania. Also, Major Congrats in order to the entire team in Germany on the occassion of their 5th anniversary with the National Summit gig happening in Dusseldorf today!

Kicking off this week is MoMo Ahmedabad who has Adobe in the house, guessing something in the ‘Air’ tonite.. while as we noted last week the team in Bangkok postponed the 11.14 event until the new year considering the flooding issues there. In case you somehow missed the continued mega daily #mobilemonday tweetspamstream, Detroit has clearly already mastered the m2m game.. +_+

With about 400 folks registered, the stage is set in Dusseldorf for a full day, kick-off at 13:00, and rockin evening [agenda .PDF] expect plenty of High-Five action! Meanwhile, Mobile Asia Congress is coming-up again this week and the folks at MoMo Hong Kong are ‘on’ for Weds. Nov. 16th gathering in Grappa’s Cellar with SkyHook.. remember: what happens in HK stays in.. errr.. something like that.

Manchester has a great line-up at Dukes 92, sponsored by BlackBerry, on the Freemium vs Premium theme. Paris celebrates their #50th event, pink flamingo warning there – also in France, MoMo Rennes is running at La Cantine – while Slovenia does an HTML5 vs. Apps show in Ljubljana.

As mentioned above, we’re thrilled to welcome another MoMo chapter in Finland, Tampere kicks-off Happy-Hour at 17:00 in Pub Höyry = Kippis! We’re most impressed to see the Tel Aviv team make their very own Mobile Startups Showcase, dancing circus bears need not apply, note they are moving digital digs to the Meetup platform. Rounding out this weeks tour we have a great new crew in Timisoara coming together for their inauguration at the swank Baroque Hall in Romania.. everyone be smiling!

Otherwise, we wanted to point-out here that APPNATION is kindly offering complimentary showcase packages for the MoMo SV Village to select companies at upcoming event in San Francisco. Also, shameless plug alert, we just setup the MoMo Global Page at Google Plus this week so be sure to hit us there as we’d love to add you all to our Mobilistas circle. btw: Meet young Thomas Suarez, see his recent TED video we just posted, the Future of Mobile Monday!
